Ninja Assassin is not the kind of movie you should see if you’re looking for a good ‘film’. This movie is based purely on entertainment, and while it was more predictable than a calender, I still have to say I was thoroughly entertained with the fight scenes and the dipiction of the ninjas. The CGI was well done, and the story moved at a good pase. You could tell, however, that they were TRYING to throw you off, but unlike a true NINJA they never acomplished the element of surprise.
As far as acting, Rain delivered a solid performance as Raizo. He wont win any awards for this one, but def. carried himself well.
Ninja Assassin is a Category 3 storm based on it’s entertainment value. The predictability really slowed this one down.
